Some of the printing methods we can supply are:
A traditional printing method using Silk screens to print single colours at a time, multiple screens can be used to print multi-colour up to full colour process printing. Each colour (including shade) uses a separate screen which requires a set up charge, however the printing cost per unit is relatively low. Screen printing is ideal for print runs of 100+
A process used to print onto flat and shaped items such as stress balls, like screen prints each colour is printed separately, the design is produced as a 3D profile to match the object to be printed and similar to sponge printing it is transferred to the item, set up costs are per colour but print costs per item are relatively low.
A full colour print, digital or lithographically printed sealed underneath an epoxy dome, they are a great low cost way to brand a wide variety of items.
A traditional way of branding items, now often done using LED Lasers, engraving is a simple yet very effective way to branding metal or plastic items such as drinks bottles or key rings
A great way of branding fabric based items like caps or hats and clothing embroidery uses thousands of stitches to recreate your branding or design, set up charges (known as disk charges) are fixed and the cost of each embroidery is based on how many stitches are used.
A more modern way of reproducing full colour designs in low or high quantities , set up costs are normally very low, digital printing can be direct or using transfers
A full colour printing method that uses specialist inks that when heated transfer to the object, ideal for one offs or complicated designs, low set up costs and relatively low unit costs.
A traditional printing method that enables a metallic foil design to be applied to a wide variety of items, typically available in Gold, Silver and Bronze, there is now a wide range of colours available. Costs vary depending on the item and size. Set up costs can be relatively high.
