Boards and Signage

For rigid display there are several different options, most are available as printed using Eco-Solvent inks with or without Laminates (Gloss Laminate, Matt Laminate, Anti-Graffiti Laminate)  board options include:

Foamex,

Available in a range of thicknesses starting from 1mm, typically we recommend 5mm. Foamex is a sandwich of a lightweight high impact foam and thin plastic sheets, Foamex is light weight, rigid yet flexible. We use it in a wide variety of applications from signage to Point of Sale (POS) displays.

Correx,

Very similar to foamex however rather than a high impact foam correx is a sandwich of corrugated plastic, imagine a brown cardboard box structure but made of plastic. This makes it incredibly light, but only rigid in 1 direction, it is suitable for low cost signage onto a flat or round surface or temporary signage such as for races and fun runs.

Di-Bond,

Di-bond is a aluminium based sign made using 2 thin sheets of aluminium with a rigid plastic core, this creates a very strong sign, much more cost effective than a Steel sign and less  attractive to metal thieves.

Turnaround:

Turnaround is typically 2-5 Working Days, if you have a specific deadline just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Artwork:

We normally recommend artwork is supplied as Jpeg or PDF formats at as high resolution as possible, typically 300dpi. We also recommend CMYK colour formatting.
